It is with much sadness that we report the passing of Pascal Leray, a great friend of the Regatta.
‘On behalf of the Regatta, the Sailing community of Thailand and the many other people whose lives were made better and happier by knowing Pascal we wish him smooth sailing, peace and eternal good winds.’
