AMENDMENT TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS NO 5
It is the intention of the Race Committee to sail Racing, Premier and Multi hull divisions on Course 12 on Friday 5th June 2009. The warning signal for this race will be 1000 Hrs.

S.I. 15.5 The absolute time limit for Offshore Course is 18:30 on the day of racing. Boats who have not finished by the absolute time limit will be scored “DNF”. This changes rules 35 and Appendix A 4.1

Amendment to Sailing Instructions No 3.
S.I. 15.1 is altered to;
Then coastal courses time limit in each class shall be 6 hours or120 minutes after the third boat of the class finishes, whichever is the longer. However, the absolute time limit is 17.30 hrs on the day of racing. Boats finishing outside these limits will be scored “DNF”. This changes rules 35 and Appendix A 4.1

The opening Press Conference of the Sawadee.com Regatta featured a panel with Kipsan Beck (from Pornstar), Matt Allen (from Ichi Ban), Neil Pryde (Hi-Fi) and Ray Roberts (Quantum Racing).
