Spectator Boats

Every morning and afternoon if you are in the south of Chaweng Beach you will see the flotilla of boats leaving and returning. Depending on the course being sailed each day you may also be able to watch some of the racing on the horizon as you top up your tan on the beach.

However, the absolute best way to view the regatta is up close in a chasing speed boat or the Regatta Spectator Boat.

The Seatran Discovery Yacht will be available as the Regatta Spectator Boat again for 2012 and Oceans Elite luxury speedboats will be offering special Regatta rates.

The yacht will leave from Bang Rak pier at 9am every race day and return when racing is finished (approximatly 3pm but times may change due to race courses and conditions).Ticket cost 1500 THB including lunch and soft drinks.
